It magically appeared thrust me Bob, I did these things before; not sure why it worked this time. But in the Utility when selected, I see "Joining Airport Express" and "reading previous settings" then get an error code. I have an article from Apple about setting up an extended network. Now that the second Express is showing up I could try going back to that and see if I have any luck unless you have that information handy.
